I've been going to this Jack in the Box since I was just a kid, I had an initial bad experience a few months ago, however it's been several months since that incident and I'm proud to say that they've improved by several magnitudes. Customer service is now consistently 10/10. I continue to proudly go to this location multiple times a week. I've yet to have a food error at this location and I have nothing but good things to say.

I came through last night. Late night walmart shopping trip. Made my mobile order. Got up to the window and Jasmine was a sweetheart. She let me know they were out of eggs to make my scrambler sandwich. And offered something else on the menu or a refund. Instead of sending me home without the item unknowingly. I opted for curly fries.

My only issue with the jumbo Jack that I got is that they put one little tiny pickle and a couple strings of onions and lettuce was the inner most bitter portion. They need to make their burgers the way they are shown on the commercials.
