FB really needs to start allowing a negative star review option. Being "short staffed" is not an excuse for rude employees, employees having a meltdown, or ridiculously long extended wait times.
When you order on the app and it tells you 30-35 minutes for 1 pizza you can figure they are busy. But when you have to wait an additional 30 minutes (65 mins total) that is absolutely ridiculous. The customer service was very good. The pizzas have tasted better. There seemed to be a lot of new employees. Would recommend for quick and easy pizzas for unexpected guests or parties.
Carlos was amazing! He was super patient and willing to answer any questions I had! He helped me get the best deal possible and didn't rush me. Dukes service while delivering the pizza was awesome as well. Very happy with my last visit. Only complaint was the inside was overly hot. 🥵
