I've only tried the tacos and carnitas was the best tacos I've had. I loved the salsa it was different but delicious. Definitely my favorite taco truck now.

This place hits the spot in Trinity Parkway. I ordered their $12 Friday Special which came with 5 tacos and a soda can as well as 2 super burritos. You can tell they take their care with the ingredients as everything was fresh and hot. I liked how the lady that took my order was nice and efficient. The only thing to be aware of is that there is a $1 fee to use your debit/credit card. A tiny bit of a wait. The salsa is tasty! I'll be back to try more. Love the convenience.

I like the fact that the raw onions were chopped up just for my carnitas burrito, while the beans where tender and intact, the rice was cooked properly, tortilla was soft and tasty, meat was tender and fresh, while the cilantro is flavorful.I found the truck in the target parking lot near the drive between target and Lowe's. The business is away from Trinity as compared to the Yelp map. The reason I mention this is that the food is good and the business worth finding. I've included a map pic with an red X marking the location. The young lady was very courteous. While the food was made as fresh as possible to ensure quality and flavor. I would definitely go here than the adjacent fast food brick and mortar restaurants. Price is much less while serving a higher quality food.

I don't think many people know this place. The best tacos I've had in Stockton. The tortilla is soft and not so drenched in grease or overpowering. Generous amount of meat, veggies and sauce. Only con is they might take a while to get your order.

Alonzo is awesome. Highly recommended. We love the el pastor tacos. Recently started ordering the chorizo, excellent. He works so hard and has the best carrots. I love when he has the braised onions and roasted jalapeños.

This was by far best taco trunk I had in forever. Been searching one from stockton to Lodi and this place was soooo good! She was so nice and service was fast! MY FAV , WILL BE RETURNING!
Wow!! Got a torta and it was perfect! Most times when I order this from any other place the bread is always dry and thick, the meat is rarely seasoned and they over compensate with a bunch of lettuce/avocado/tomatoes. This spot...perfection!! The bread is lighter and grilled so you get those crispy edges but not a mouthful of bread, just enough lettuce, and omg the meat is soooo good. It was my first time at this truck since it moved to Trinity and I feel like I'm gunna be a regular anytime I'm here shopping (which is always) lol.
