The food is good and the ingredients fresh. I like the fact that the raw onions were chopped up just for my carnitas burrito, while the beans where tender and intact, the rice was cooked properly, tortilla was soft and tasty, meat was tender and fresh, while the cilantro is flavorful.I found the truck in the target parking lot near the drive between target and Lowe's. I don't think many people know this place. The best tacos I've had in Stockton. The tortilla is soft and not so drenched in grease or overpowering. Generous amount of meat, veggies and sauce. Only con is they might take a while to get your order.

This place hits the spot in Trinity Parkway. I ordered their $12 Friday Special which came with 5 tacos and a soda can as well as 2 super burritos. You can tell they take their care with the ingredients as everything was fresh and hot. I liked how the lady that took my order was nice and efficient. The only thing to be aware of is that there is a $1 fee to use your debit/credit card. A tiny bit of a wait. The salsa is tasty! I'll be back to try more. Love the convenience.
