Everything is amazing, and their xiaolongbao are as good as anything I've found in San Francisco Chinatown. Service is friendly, don't be shy about getting a server's attention. “This could easily have been a 1 star rating. The staff were completely overwhelmed. The restaurant was filled to the brim with people. I must have waited in the line for at least 20 minutes. So, why the 5 star rating? I could tell they were short staffed. They could have let their frustrations get the best of them and quit trying, but I saw something beyond inspirational. They all pulled together to support one another and the whole thing was like a wonderful symphony. Was everything perfect? Absolutely fn not, but as my partner said,”It was art!” ….
