Today I went shopping and I was disappointed when I got home I opened the box of shrimp with honey and I paid $15.90 and my surprise was that it came in half how is it possible that you order a large box and they give you the product as a medium box when I paid all the money in full I will never go shopping again I paid for 2 dishes plus a total of 49.90 very expensive so goodbye panda express

I only go when craving the walnut prawns and orange chicken. Always make sure to look at the premium charge for any of the "better tasting" entrees. I would say it is usually worth it to get the prawns every time, and for fast food they charge a decent price. Service is quick, no complaints.

This comment is not about the food, which by the way was good but the atmosphere was upsetting, because a young girl asked for a some ice and an employee from behind the counter I assume was a cook (light brown eyes) was really nice in giving the girl a xs cup, but then I assume the manager (black shirt) started yelling loud enough that I could hear it to my table, also in front of customers which is very disrespectful for the employees. Adding to this complaint the manager made the employee pay for that cup, is ridiculous, i saw him with my own eyes that the employee went to his car and got some money and made line to pay for it… I really hope the company sees my comment and make some changes on how manager talks to their employees!!!!!!!!!

They had me in the drive-thru for 10 minutes. Made the mistake of not checking all of the plates. Once I got home I noticed they gave me the wrong order and not all of the shrimp. They gave 5 instead of the 7 they already limit for extra charge. They also added more rice than chow mein. My guess it’s because they wanted to compensate for not having enough.
