I visted the new Arlington Texas location today for lunch and I was immediately disappointed by turning into the parking lot because of the big pot holes. Why wouldn't you fix that 1st. Secondly, their front door is located near Babes trash dumpster and the smell was terrible. Who wants to inhale the unpleasant smell of trash prior to entering a restaurant to eat, it definitely can cause someone to lose their appetite. Stopped by here for breakfast while we were on i-5 on the way to Lake Tahoe. 10/10 service & food. The waitress was very friendly & attentive.
I personally got the biscuits & gravy & it was amazing. I could tell many locals and regulars come here for breakfast. I overheard many people having good convo with the waiters & waitresses. 10/10 would come back just for the breakfast. Prices were great too.

Nowadays, it's hard to find a place with good service, but this place still respects its customers by providing excellent service. They are all very nice, kind, friendly people who work there. Totally recommend!
