I would give a 10 star rating if I could. After doing a ton of research in my search for vegan meal prep. I decided to give R Healthy Meals a try. Andy and Kathy were so helpful with additional information regarding nutrition as it pertains to my specific goals. They gave me a very warm welcome to the RHM family. The meals are amazing and they have a massive variety of options to choose from. If you are looking for a healthy meal prep please use their services. It is beyond amazing.
Their food is simple but test great. What amaze me is how crazy how affordable the meals are. I'm some who loves to cook but at $5 per meal which is more affordable than FAST FOOD it just absolutely make no sense for not getting food from R Meals. I have tried other food subscription services. R Meals both taste better and more affordable! Seriously they feel to be more of a community service rather than an actual business. Best meal prep I've ever had and I've tried many! I am doing keto and I love the accountability of their keto program. (The pancakes are to die for!!!!) All their food tastes amazing. I did the regular 2 meals a day before jumping on the keto bandwagon and I never got tired of the meals. If I could give them 100 stars, I would!
