Worst management ever! I've been associated with that park since 2005 and I've seen this park ran better when there wasn't a manager compared to current manager. Maintenance guy is only thing barely keeping park afloat. Things she's allowing is what ruins a park. To garbage piled up to allowing nuisance dogs. Try to call and complain, forget about it!! Can't ever get ahold of her. Glad I'm out of there

Since the electric gate has been out for a couple of years. We have to deal with people that don't leave at the park causing problems like arguments in our streets or sleeping in their cars while they block us from our home. Yes I've called Valley tow but they want management to call not the home owners. Please fix gate or have Tow pass by frequently.

No one answered the phone. No message on the phone advising... During pandemic, they are not accepting new occupants. No sign on the message board or front door. I could have avoided a drive. It would be convenient for my mom. Will stay in touch for any changes.
