They shut down app orders so you can’t use your rewards or discounts, went there for lunch and they don’t let you order from the stalls. Totally incompetent management at this location

Hell no!!!! 0 stars. These punk kids screwed the order up on purpose. Waited over 30 minutes for a mobile order that was ready before I got there. Burned the food. Had it reordered that was another 20 minutes. Then, no sauce asked for still didn't get til I snapped. Then, I hot dog is so soggy, no fork it was a chilli dog. And then I get a soda staw for a milk shake!? I can't drink it til I get home from doing laundry here at the laundry mat. I'll never. Ever go there again!

This has been the worst drive through experience at a fast food venue for us. We came when they said our food would be finished. As we waited our turn, a worker came out and gave food to people behind us. When they finally came to us, we asked why they served someone behind us first and the night manager said that they make the food when we get there. We waited over 15 minutes after we got there when it said the food was done. Then not only did we not get everything we asked for but our food was burnt and they had to remake them. So, we had to wait another 10 minutes. Another worker came out and when I asked if my sauces were in the bag, he said yes. I checked and they were not. When I came back to the door to ask for the sauces, I saw that same worker laughed about it to another worker. This place is deceiving and unprofessional. Will not be coming here again!

I like sonic- is this a Stockton thing???? The restroom is “out of order” -
The worker seemed surprised and annoyed that I asked for the key. Is this a strategy so you don’t have to clean?

HORRIBLE customer service. On the top of the fact he said they didn’t have a chip reader so since my card wasn’t swiping I couldn’t even get my food. I wouldn’t go here. I haven’t had a fast food worker be and seem that miserable in an ever to me.

I ordered a #6 (chili cheese HOT DOG)with tots. First they gave me chili cheese chips and fries. I took it back. They gave me tots with chili and cheese now my lunch is over.... Sonic is the worst.

This sonic isn't even acknowledged by corporate. It brings up Gilroy. Service is terrible and racist. Server wouldn't serve me in a stall in broad daylight. Plus they got my order wrong even though I was clearly a Veteran on Memorial day.
