Everytime I come here they take so long to come out to bring the order. If they’re unable to come out due to safety reasons or etc they can communicate through the stall. The manager/store owner needs to take responsibility and talk to employees.

Pulled up to place an order. Was told to use the Drive-thru. Burger didn't look fully cooked 😕, fries were ok but not worth the $3.99 price for a small fry but they were hot & cooked Well.

Why are all the lights out before 2am? Clearly says here on Google Maps and the Sonic's website that they close at 2am. This location doesn't have a phone number as well to call if they're open. Can't even place an online order for pick up too

Worse sonic to get any kinda of drinks..employees taking orders sound like they hate their job and dont even want to be there to even work. I dont understand how you mess up an order for a recess blast for a blueberry slushie.. milk shakes come out not mixed properly.. doesnt seem like anyone there wants to work.. better off going to other stores and stay away from this one..

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! When I arrived there was only 2 parked cars in the drive and park order area and no cars in the drive thru. I pulled into the drive thru and it took and waited almost 5 mins, every minute or two I would say “hello”. Right as I was driving away a woman asked to take my order. I then began to order and she replied with a rude and dry tone. I then pulled up to the window and she first said $13.04. I gave her a $20 bill, that she snatched and slightly pinched my finger. She then gave me my box of food, drink and $3. Then closed the window and walked away. Now I’m not a mathematician but obviously the change was wrong. I then waited for her to come back and she opened the window and stared at me blankly with attitude waiting for me to say something. I then asked for ketchup and a receipt (just in case I heard my total wrong). She then said ketchups in the box, closed the window and opened the register (almost like she knew she shorted me my change). She then printed out a receipt and gave me my remains change. No sorry or thanks for coming. Just hands me the change, rolls her eyes and walks away. I wonder how many other customers she’s shorted and given attitude to.

Ordered on door dash and they forgot to give the driver my drink. Attempted to call and see if it was made or not and got an automated message stating they are closed but online it says they close at 2am... it is 11pm right now. Not the first time this has happened to me.

I was drinking my chocolate shake with strawberry chunks, keep in mind I’m pregnant and really wanted a shake. A couple sips into my shake I’m chewing what I think is a chunk of strawberry I didn’t like that I was crunchy so I took it out of my mouth and it was a GREEN FLY!!!! it was the nastiest thing ever. It came from the bottom of my drink through my straw … wish there was a zero star

Ordered a mobile pickup for 5:45pm. Parked in the stall 5:40pm. Waited till 6:05pm than went into the drive through to see what happened, there was a sign on the drive through speaker that said “back at 6”. It was after 6 and no one was speaking, pulled up and waited in line for the window. 6:16pm someone opened the window and asked what we needed, told him we’ve been waiting for a mobile order, he asked for the name. We could see he was making the drinks right then, but still handed us the wrong drinks. If he had stopped and listened to what we were saying we could have told him which order was ours but each time my wife tried to speak to him he closed the window. Had to call sonic support to get our money back. This location always has some sort of issue, won’t be coming back again.

I ordered a Sonic Blast, the Chocolate Chip and Cookie Dough at the drive-thru. The employee who took my order got upset because I didn't speak English and handed me my Blast and put a kilo of cookies on it just to annoy me. I got out of my vehicle and returned the Blast. I don't want to buy a product again and have the store play with my money and my time. This is the first time this has happened to me, it's discrimination.
