Driving through town today and my son wanted popcorn type chicken.
We found Sonic, so we parked in a stall to order and ordered 4 large chicken bites. Jorge was very friendly and quick. I forgot to order pretzel sticks, so I had to create another order. Again, Jorge was very understanding. Then I realized we only got 3 out of the 4 chickens we ordered. Jorge again, offered a receipt to confirm order and still brought us a fourth order. I'm very happy with the service. Poor Jorge had to come out to my car multiple times. Always very friendlyand kind. I tried to tip but I'm not sure if it went through, or was enough. He sure did deserve more.
Thank you for the kind service even with the long line in the drive-thru.

Should’ve checked the reviews before we ordered there, ordered a number 9 they gave me something completely different, the chicken was also RAW, the chili cheese dog was horrible the chili and cheese were on the side of the carton and the hot dog was basically black, you couldn’t even put a fork through it and no I’m not exaggerating, the burgers we ordered were disgusting too very pale and nasty looking

Very bad service. Went here at 8am for breakfast . Not friendly at all had to drive thru the drive thru 2 times before my order was taken. Acted like they didn't want to even take my order when I placed it then waited 10 min for food at the window and I was the only one there

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Used to love this location when they first opened. Service and quality have completely fallen off. I placed a mobile order, went to pick it up, waited in the drive thru for over 10 minutes. Nobody came to the window. Lights were on but nobody insight. Pretty sure they were in the back “wresting”. When I pulled up to the intercom I could hear noises. I thought they were just having technical issues. But after waiting there for over 10 minutes and not getting any help I’m pretty sure they were in the back tangling. Safe to say I won’t be back. I’ll make the 20 minute drive to 8 mile for the other Sonics

The people here are incompetent. I made a mobile order. Drove up to the stall and entered my stall number on the app. The screen showed that someone was on their way to deliver my food. I wait 15 minutes and press the call button and they tell me to pull up to the drive thru, they aren't running food right now. Yet just a few minutes ago someone delivered food to the car next to me?! I ask them if anyone was going to tell me since I checked in on the app and the screen showed someone was coming. She just repeated herself to pull up to the drive thru. I drive up and they bring my food out and the excuse was that right now there's only two people, yet through the window I see 4 people back there? So something is not adding up. The icing on the cake is they made one of my drinks incorrectly and with spoiled cream. So I definitely do not recommend this location. Disappointing.

There are not opened to midnight like they say. I got there just before 11 and was turned away from drive through, unless I worked for door dash. Drove 15 minutes to come down here.

If you’ve been to sonic you know they have a menu that has a lot of choices. That’s what I like about it. This is close to the freeway and sometimes I will hit this on my way home. I like the drive-through.

Everytime I come here they take so long to come out to bring the order. If they’re unable to come out due to safety reasons or etc they can communicate through the stall. The manager/store owner needs to take responsibility and talk to employees.

Pulled up to place an order. Was told to use the Drive-thru. Burger didn't look fully cooked 😕, fries were ok but not worth the $3.99 price for a small fry but they were hot & cooked Well.

Why are all the lights out before 2am? Clearly says here on Google Maps and the Sonic's website that they close at 2am. This location doesn't have a phone number as well to call if they're open. Can't even place an online order for pick up too

Worse sonic to get any kinda of drinks..employees taking orders sound like they hate their job and dont even want to be there to even work. I dont understand how you mess up an order for a recess blast for a blueberry slushie.. milk shakes come out not mixed properly.. doesnt seem like anyone there wants to work.. better off going to other stores and stay away from this one..

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! When I arrived there was only 2 parked cars in the drive and park order area and no cars in the drive thru. I pulled into the drive thru and it took and waited almost 5 mins, every minute or two I would say “hello”. Right as I was driving away a woman asked to take my order. I then began to order and she replied with a rude and dry tone. I then pulled up to the window and she first said $13.04. I gave her a $20 bill, that she snatched and slightly pinched my finger. She then gave me my box of food, drink and $3. Then closed the window and walked away. Now I’m not a mathematician but obviously the change was wrong. I then waited for her to come back and she opened the window and stared at me blankly with attitude waiting for me to say something. I then asked for ketchup and a receipt (just in case I heard my total wrong). She then said ketchups in the box, closed the window and opened the register (almost like she knew she shorted me my change). She then printed out a receipt and gave me my remains change. No sorry or thanks for coming. Just hands me the change, rolls her eyes and walks away. I wonder how many other customers she’s shorted and given attitude to.
