This location sucks. Don’t go here the people who work here don’t care, food is cold, order is always wrong, never give sauce even when you tell them that you ordered it. The guy with the glasses is extremely rude, no sense of customer service. Whoever is cooking in the back doesn’t care about anyone’s food.

O stars food was horrible soggy bread it is to thin asked if they had cherry coke said yes charged $1.70 to put cherry syrup will never eat here again payed $85.70 dollars for 4 meals and soggy fried pickles and cold jalapeno cheese bites prices are ridiculous food is horrible never again going to eat at a sonic place the reviews are horrible they need to go out business. Food quality -10. my advice is to not even try their food from any location.

Got my order wrong three times and had to go back twice to get it fixed
Online order - gave me a route 44 sized drink cause they were too lazy to make my medium dr pepper with cherry, vanilla, and lome wedges. Then they ignored the sauces I paid for, not giving me any of them. Paid extra for the drink flavor and lime, didn't get it, paid extra for sauce, didn't get it. What's the point of ordering if you can't follow the screen?

This location is the worst Sonic I have ever been to. The one on Trinity Parkway in Stockton is way better. The customer service sucks, i repeated my order at least 3 times and it was still made wrong. It's very expensive. It's sad, because they know they can get away with a lot because it's convenient right next to freeway. Never going again.

Every time I order on the app and go to a stall I end up sitting there for several minutes to hit the button to get told to go though the drive though. People are on lunch breaks would be nice to be told to use the drive though when I submitted to the app I was there in the stall... instead of sitting there after it said it was coming out ..
