The receipt for the cashier who helped me said Bismarck he was very nice his customer service was grande. My friend got the passion fruit freeze drink I don't remember exactly what it's called but it's a new drink "cool and refreshing" I got the caramelized Apple crunch oatmilk macchiato " cold" in the pumpkin cream cheese filled muffin. I appreciate how they don't put stickers on the cups they write on it with a sharpie instead one less thing for polluting the planet. Oh and lastly I had my drink customed I had them put the pumpkin cream on top of my drink with the caramel drizzle on top it was heavenly it was Best of both worlds pumpkin with apple pie flavoring loved it loved it loved ?????Vegetarian options: A high-protein boxes that are vegetarian safeDietary restrictions: If you need to customize a drink there do it for you as long as you tell them what you know you need they have other options if you can't have dairy -almond milk, oatmilk ,coconut milk, soy milkParking: It's inside Lincoln center to a course there's parkingKid-friendliness: If you get a coffee drink you can have it be cream base instead of caffeine for you kid and there are yummy bread slices and muffins and fruit if you don't have a picky eater I would say all the foods and drinks here are kid-friendly honestlyWheelchair accessibility: The doors open automatically so if you're in a wheelchair you don't have to worry about pressing a button

Poor management system here. Baristas are not professional and do not care to deliver good customer service. Having to constantly repeat my order at the register, but they still make it wrong. They refused to make my drink TWICE. One time I went in 20 minutes before closing, that's maybe forgivable. But another, they told me 1 hour before closing that they are wrapping up the night early. It's just disappointing really. I met some really rude baristas with attitudes at this location.

This is annoying and irritating. Like cmon you guys.... how is the bacon half out of the whole sandwich and bread laying half way through?? This literally isn't the first time either, but neither is it such a Great thing when it's the first Thing you eat In the morning to Literally just look like this. Do better.

i'd give 5 stars cause the girl at the register, but unfortunately the guy she was working with was kind of an a*** we only ordered 2 simple drinks so you'd think the barista could handle that right ? nah. it wasnt a huge mistake, very small he could've fixed easily. when we told him he messed up he had an attitude and all and his response was " ugh, i guess ill just take it off then " like hell yea dude you will ! we paid for the drink to be made the way we wanted, not for you to do whatever you wanted to do with it ! very poor customer service buddy ! get better.
