The receipt for the cashier who helped me said Bismarck he was very nice his customer service was grande. My friend got the passion fruit freeze drink I don't remember exactly what it's called but it's a new drink "cool and refreshing" I got the caramelized Apple crunch oatmilk macchiato " cold" in the pumpkin cream cheese filled muffin. Love starbucks at this location- no matter what they always satisfy my needs. Barista promise is that they will make your drink correct no matter what and that's exactly what they deliver - FYI I am a pretty picky person but every time I order that complicated order they hardly ever get it wrong - to me thats honestly impressive. Great customer service, love how all employees are always smiling

It's a Starbucks. The lines were long and the wait was longer. I just wanted my iced tea. The staff is a couple of kids so you get what they think is customer service. This place gets 3 stars for convenience and little else.
