The staff here is amazing and the drinks are consistent.
Loved the employees at this location!! I went on a Tuesday around 12pm. There were 3 of them... the tall dude Colin and a couple females that were super sweet also!! It was my first time there and I really enjoyed my visit! Thank you so much!! ❤

Starbucks Coffee Company has a staff that is really friendly. The employees are sweet and the customer service is excellent. They always greet customers when they walk through the door and start up small talk at the register. The staff lets customers know they will be right with them and says the name of each order they are working on. When mistakes are made, they offer to remake drinks and even provide giftcards. The restaurant offers deals like the 4 for 20 dollars deal, which includes drinks and food like ribbon crunch and coffee cake. However, some customers have experienced issues with their orders, such as receiving the wrong drink or a drink that was not made correctly, like a blended drink being given as an iced drink. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant has been a problem for some customers, with tables having sticky spots, floors having trash, and a strong unpleasant smell. Despite this, the staff's friendliness and customer service make it a great place to people watch and grab a drink.
