Dinning area closed by 9:30 PM even though posted hours say open til late. Employees feeding their face in the back. Food was undercooked and portions sizes were WAY smaller than what is advertised.

It’s like nobody’s working when you go in. They have a bunch of kiosks to order from. Last time I checked my paycheck doesn’t come from Taco Bell. And the food isn’t any cheaper having to order it yourself. Customer service in this country is almost nonexistent. It’s a shame!

I got a potato soft taco and the potatoes were burnt. Got the chicken nuggets and they were close to burnt too. They started doing something similar to in n out where they have an employee outside taking orders, the tiny menu they have displayed is torn up and super faded. Plus the chicken cantina bowls have the smallest possible amount of chicken for almost $10 this location has continuously disappointed me, only went here the last 2 times because it was close to my home.
Ordered mobile pickup. It didn’t take long for them to get the order ready and the food was really good, warm and tasty!! The best Taco Bell food experience I have had recently!

Visit 11/14/24 at 1025 am. Poor service check your bags before you leave. I sat in and they gave me bags with no napkins or sauces that were entered in on the other kiosk for the order. They said no fine I'm trays. It is like pulling teeth to get napkins, sauces and getting the right order. To top it off they give you crumbs for nacho chips. They main guy by the drive through tries to about eye contact so he does not have to help you.
