The New Cafe Chanta drink was a perfect balance of coffee & Horchata. Most coffee shops don’t do this flavor justice but Taco Express does.
Definitely one of the places in Stockton. Their Mexican food has no comparison. The best in town....
Have noticed this small Mexican food chain for a few years while working in Sacramento. Finally tried it upon learning of one opening up in Stockton. Is it the best Mexican food I’ve ever had? No. But the price for the amount of food I got was decent. Breakfast burrito I ordered was enormous. Didn’t finish it all.
