Worst service possible. Gross nachos, the bowl was FULL of grease and chips were soggy when I got them not to mention they put BUTTER on my nachos not sour cream. Other meals were cold and not cooked correctly causing one of us to get sick at the restaurant. When bringing up the issues to the manager he was disgustingly rude and instead of listening to the issues to fix them he just cut us off and said then we don’t have to pay. The Burger Den is a favorite spot with excellent service. Heather, Emuna, and Isaac go out of their way to make customers feel at home. Breakfast choices like the banana caramel pancake slam and steak and eggs are delicious. The servers are attentive and quick to fix any issues with the food. A great place for a satisfying meal and welcoming service.
