“I know this Wingstop has a bad reputation, but I’ve had pretty good experiences here and especially this time with Caroline. It was extremely helpful and help fix an order that I had an issue with. Of course my wife would’ve killed me if I came home with the wrong sauce, so thank you so much for your hard work and everyone may know it’s extremely rare and hard to come by these days to meet friendly and helpful service, or just people at work anymore often everybody just rude or disrespectful. They just wanna go home. I don’t blame them. They go through a lot that she was extremely helpful friendly and kind. Thank you so much again!!“
“Food excellent, service good, cleanliness below average. Tables aren't wiped off after each use. Someone spilled soda in front of machine on rug and rug was soaking wet and floor around it. Told clerk and she said they knew....but no one cleaned it or put a wet floor sign up the whole time we were there.Restrooms were filthy. Paper towels on floor, piss all over floor by toilet and on seat. They have 2 restrooms, 1 should be for girls and 1 for boys...just saying!“
“This is by far the WORST service I've ever got from a Wingstop. They gave me the wrong order. I called to advise them of the issue and was put in hold. The GM answered ( no one ever told me I was being transferred nor did I ask for a manager) he was so Rude and has zero customer service skills he should be fired. He told me I could come get it ( no way to do that) so i asked for a refund. He said ok and hung up in my face. I called back to ensure it was processed and he said very rude that it was processed. I asked him for the order number and his name and he told me I don't need his name, he didn't have the order number and that I was entitled and he hung up in my face again. I'm beyond disappointed and feel disrespected by the GM who is supposed to represent your brand. Sad to say I'll never choose to spend my money here again and it's all because of the GM onsite 5/31 @ 12pm . “I called about a situation where a refund was not issued. The staff did handle it properly. I came into the restaurant and they were willing to give us the food from our order. We are very grateful and thankful for their service and for honoring their word in giving us the food if no refund was issued.“

(literal and slang), a must try!I'm unaccustomed to leaving trays/trash on the table, but there are no trash receptacles for customer use, so leave it at the table, or take it to the pick up counter.“
