This was my first time visiting the Yum Yum Donuts location, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience.
On December 31, 2025, at approximately 7:49 a.m., I purchased one dozen mixed donuts and one plain croissant for my office for New Year’s Eve. The total was $21.99. I asked the cashier if she could break a $100 bill, and she confirmed that she could.
My correct change should have been $78.01. The cashier verbally stated that the change was $78.01, and due to being rushed to get to work, I trusted her and did not count it at the counter. However, later during my lunch break, I checked my wallet and found that the change was only $68.01, meaning I was shorted $10.
I immediately called the store. A female employee took my information and said the manager would call me back, but no one ever followed up.
While $10 may not seem like a large amount, this situation is not about the money—it is about honesty and accountability. Cheating customers is unacceptable, especially in the food industry where trust is essential. What concerns me most is the lack of responsibility from management to investigate or address the issue.
If this happened to me, it could easily happen to other customers. This does not reflect well on a well-known brand like Yum Yum Donuts, which should value integrity and customer trust.
I hope management takes this matter seriously and ensures better oversight and honesty moving forward.

Old donuts with a lot of homeless people out front. It is very scary to go into the donut shop I highly recommend just passing it by. also there is a lot of prostitutes in the parking lot UNSAFE
