This place advertises themself as an “experience” of a meal, and a couple others and myself decided to try this claim out for ourselves.

The place doesn’t scream “Japanese food” or “ramen bar,” but it is a cozy-feeling modern-ish cafe, albeit a little limited in seating.

The staff were very welcoming off the bat, and would continue to be polite for the duration of our stay.

We like nothing we ordered. Ramen was undercooked, fried pork is overcooked, ginger is chewy. Service is slow, one waitress has to take care of everything I feel bad for her situation. Overall the food is below the average ramen place, we would not recommend you come.

The best Tonkotsu ramen in the valley hands down. We are ramen lovers and live in Studio City, our favorite ramen places are quite far away, so we have been looking for closer alternatives. Burosu has been a pleasant surprise, with full-bodied broths, fresh pasta and well-prepared ingredients. The service is always very friendly and the place is always clean, with a coffee shop atmosphere, good prices and good promotions during lunch and dinner hours.
