Burosu Ramen is our favorite ramen spot in Studio City, hands down. Located in the shopping center with California Pizza Kitchen on Ventura Boulevard, it really stands out for the quality of the food and the breadth of its menu.

This place is my #1 hidden gem in studio city. And not the kind of place that everyone says is hidden but is actually plastered all over Instagram, but a genuine unknown delight. I’m honestly shocked how my feed has never shown burosu ramen before for the quality you’re getting.
