In LA, it’s rare to find Japanese restaurants that serve temaki, and I was surprised to discover they have some excellent temaki options. We stumbled upon this amazing restaurant by chance. We ordered 3 dishes from the happy hour menu that could easily be split between two people, and we loved them. The prices were very reasonable, and the service was good as well. I’ll definitely come back here again, for sure!

Cozy spot with excellent service! Whether you’re in the mood for sushi or ramen, Burosu does a good job with both. I ordered the truffle ramen, chicken gyoza, chicken karaage and spicy tuna temaki, each were fresh and satisfying. The dreamy blue (butterfly pea flower tea with whole milk) was also delicious and refreshing! Can’t wait to go back and try more of their items!

We are on a Ramen journey. It is a great adventure to try different ramen restaurants. On a rainy day, we discovered Burosu Ramen in Studio City. It is tucked inside a courtyard on the bottom floor around other businesses. The patio looks inviting but due to the rain, we sat inside. Lunch was just ending so we ordered from the Happy Hour Menu.
