I love local authentic eats so I really had my hopes up with this place. I got the bacon and egg breakfast burrito and the bacon was rotten. I know because I've left bacon in my fridge for weeks and tried to cook it and it was the same smell and taste.
I tried picking it out as much as I could but hard to get it all. I'm hoping I don't get food poisoning. Also at $14+ I might as well have gone to Chipotle where the food safety standards are more strict.

I loved Cactus in Hollywood for many years. Now, the North Hollywood location is closer to home. We bought two burritos ($15/each) to-go and my son's burrito had a pink fingernail with glitter in it. I have tried three times to resolve this with Cactus but the staff says they do not know what to do and the manager is not available. I've left my phone number several times and no one has called me back (it's been almost two weeks) or refunded the cost of food we disposed of. I'm disappointed with their lack of quality and care for a customer.

Tiny taco stand with a cult following. I usually get the al pastor tacos and a carne asada burrito—everything's seasoned perfectly and served hot. There’s limited seating outside, so I often eat in the car. Their green salsa is super spicy, so be careful! Open late too, which is a bonus

Mid, got a Cali B and it was full of beans and verry little meat hardly any fries .. the only thing about this place is convenience. Right next door to a bar
With these updated prices, you might as well go and sit down at and actual restaurant because what the hell is this cactus. As someone who has been coming here for 8 years, it saddens me that I have to let go and go to another spot because the prices. I just had the #5 burrito and man it’s so disappointing eating this at such a high price like be so fr cactus. A Chipotle burrito is cheaper than a #5 burrito and that says a lot… Cactus you have broke my heart and lost my business, I hope one day prices go back to a reasonably standard but I’ll be going elsewhere.

Always come here because food was adequate and it’s very convenient. The older cashier lady is always pissed and mean for no reasons.
She double charged for everything and once we asked for a receipt she questioned us and said that they’re “running a respectable business”. Though we did present her back with how she overcharged us for every single order. Once we got back to use the store credit she also was pissed about it and never communicate in a normal manner.
A bit of a shame because it’s such an easy place to go to but probably wont go back as long as she’s there.
