I came here on a date, we were comparing milkshakes vegan milkshakes. I chose Sun Café chocolate milkshake, and my friend chose chocolate milkshake at fat burgers, a block and a half away. The winner had to pay for dinner. Lost lost, I cannot believe Fatburger has a vegan milkshake that is out of this world. The service here was so nice. The young ladies that are serving the food were professional kind, and courteous. The restrooms were clean and the patrons were very nice. I suggest you come to this particular Fatburger across the street from Universal Studios. This is a great restaurant. Sorry, son Café fat burgers beat you when it comes to vegan shakes

Huge wings fan/self-proclaimed expert, and I am a fan of Fatburger in general, but this review is about the wings and fries. Buffalo wings (medium) were just ok. Not great, but not bad. Not sure if it's the flavorless chicken or the loosely applied buffalo sauce, but wouldn't go out of my way to return. Not a fan of the buffalo sauce either. Fries were not that great either (also flavorless--had to pour salt on them) -- had better at McDonalds and In-N-Out. Pricing was on the high side ($20.75 for 6 wings, order of fries and medium drink), which is more than other competing (and better) wings restaurants.

There's nothing wrong with the food at this location. It's just dirty. The counter is dirty, the tables are dirty, and the floor is dirty. Get it to go, or go to the Laurel Canyon or Vineland locations.
Staff was very unwelcoming and forced us to take the food to go even though they weren't closing for 30 minutes.

Great food, fast service and close parking, couldn't ask for more.The Burger was actually really good, loved finishing the XXL burger meal and chill there after work. I was surprised that the place was a bit empty but it was a Monday during work hours so I guess that's the reason barely any people were inside.
