“I often turn to sweetgreen on days when I feel I haven’t had enough vegetables or simply crave something fresh and healthy. Most of the time I go during lunch hours, and it has truly become a favorite salad spot for both my husband and me. We have enjoyed their food both in-store and through Uber Eats. On a few occasions with Uber deliveries, there were some small mistakes with missing items, but because the salads are consistently so fresh and delicious, it hasn’t stopped us from coming back again and again.

My absolute favorite is the Harvest Bowl. The balsamic dressing has the perfect balance of tanginess, and it pairs so well with the fresh vegetables. The kale has no bitterness, the apples and nuts add a nice crunch, and the sweet potatoes bring just the right touch of sweetness that complements the dressing beautifully. It is so delicious that I find myself ordering it almost every time, though I have tried other salads as well and they were also wonderful.

I also love that you can customize your order by adding or removing ingredients to suit your preference. The location itself is usually not too crowded, the interior is clean and pleasant, and there are even a few terrace seats available. sweetgreen has truly become one of my favorite salad spots, and I look forward to continuing to enjoy it for many years to come.“

“We had such an amazing breakfast at MAD Rebel Health Kitchen in Beverly! Everything was super fresh and incredibly tasty – I started my day with a Rockstar (fresh juice) and a Lil Toast, and it was just perfect. Honestly one of the best breakfasts in the city.

Our kids are still talking about the food a month later, which says it all 😂 Definitely a hidden gem in LA – highly recommended!“

“Maybe the best açaí bowl place I’ve ever gone in terms of value, variety and friendly prompt service! Plenty of selection of bases (açaí, blue magik, chia pudding, granola, etc- can be mixed) and variety of fresh fruit, dry and wet toppings. The kicker: it’s UNLIMITED toppings! That’s one zillion combinations mathematically. don’t know I get excited about açaí bowls“

“I stopped by on a whim and was blown away by the interior! I came inside looking for a quick grab and go snack but left wanting to revisit haha. This would be such a great space to work and study as well.

They have a brazilian snacks section and yummy pastries. I got the spinach and cheese croissant and a beef empanada. Very yummy

“Honestly, I don’t remember the last time I was in a place with such great service. I spoke with who I believe is the owner, and he gave me a brief history of the place ( since the 80s). He made sure to ask, before I brought it up, if I was ok with the ingredients and proceed to list them. He offered fries and soda to which I declined, but he must’ve confused my hesitation ( I don’t really like fries nor sodas) because he gave me free fries and a free drink when he brought the plate to my table.

He is extremely kind. I saw how he went to check in on the other table and carried conversations with each person- sharing laughs too. As soon as he saw someone getting up, he made sure to stop anyone who wanted to clean their own table, making sure they can leave without worrying about the table and cleaning up after them.

I would come here again just for the service. The food is great too, but the service stood out the most to me.“

Great service with a smile with wonderful ambience and great music playing. A must try if your in or around the city of glendale.“

Their turmeric-orange-mango blend has been my savior - the fresh turmeric stains the bottle yellow (a good sign!). The staff noticed me sniffling last month and taught me their trick: add a pinch of black pepper to activate the curcumin. That kind of knowledge shows real care. I have an autoimmune disorder and can't eat a lot of restaurant or fast food without feeling sick but I can eat here and not get sick. I've been ordering from here about 4 years now. Noticed lately the avocado portions seem smaller unless you order extra avocado, but I know everything is more expensive these days so it's worth it to pay the extra $2.“

They have an awesome selection—whether you want something refreshing like the Berry Berry or Mango Crusher, a healthy boost with Matcha or Green Delight, or a power-packed option like Rocket Fuel. “One of my go-to spots for acai bowls and smoothies. The Angry Trainer bowl is one of my favorite acai bowls - it has inchi protein powder which gives it a slightly nutty flavor, a generous amount of blueberries and bananas, sweet, homemade granola, and a drizzling of honey on top. I get the large size for a filling lunch. I really like the granola, and I think the acai is well-blended and smooth.The “avo here” avocado smoothie is creamy and quite filling. I’ve also had the “capo” chocolate which had little cacao crunchies in the smoothie. It also has protein powder so there’s a slight chalky aftertaste, but it’s still good. They do have food, as they work with Roni’s Diner (right next door). The roasted vegetable bowl is quite filling and very healthy - it comes with an Italian balsamic vinaigrette, but I like putting tapatio on it to give it some extra zing. The chicken tinga bowl is also super filling, and they give a pretty generous portion of the shredded chicken.It’s a small space, and it’s best to just grab it to-go. It’s also available on grub hub/seamless. Street parking is available, there’s no free WiFi, and they do take credit cards. Overall it’s a bit pricey, but I enjoy the quality and heft of the acai bowls.“

“I love Sweetgreen! Someone at my office had ordered catering/delivery and offered me a salad. I tried the kale caesar with chicken and loved it! I went back to the Culver City location and also tried the Santa Monica (4th street location) and they were both great! I usually ask for extra dressing, since it does come with a lot of lettuce. It is very filling and definitely has enough lettuce for two salads. At the Santa Monica location, I went on my lunch and one of the employees was super helpful! She helped me retrieve my order quickly and easily, since I was slightly pressed for time. Would definitely recommend Sweetgreen!“
