Great double burger and fries! An actual smash burger, and with some tasty onions! I liked adding hot chilies to cut through a bit of the grease. The fries were delicious - didn't taste like frozen fries like many other smash burger places. Tasty meal!

The food was delicious and flavorful. My food tasted fresh, the restaurant was clean, and laid back - which was perfect to enjoy a burger! Sam took our orders and was friendly, helpful and had the patience to explain the menu to me. As a first-timer, I'll definitely be comming back! The burger was so gross and soggy I couldn’t even get past 2-3 bites. The fries were very average. Nothing special about this place at all besides the advertising. Honestly wish I could ask for my money back because spending $15 on something you can’t even eat feels like robbery. Save your time and money and head on to easy street burgers down the street. I’d give heavy handed a 0/10 if I could. Gross.

Not sure how there are any negative reviews. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Easy menu. We got a triple with chopped chilies and a double lettuce wrapped. We both agreed it was better than in n out. It was a little pricey but worth it. The short rib patties are seasoned well, crispy and moist at the same time. The buns are buttery and delicious.
They have a point system that you can redeem for discounts for your next visit.
The price of everything is high right now and I feel themis was good value for money. Carl's jr is garbage and is more expensive than this place.
The vibe here is cool too. Good music.Plenty of seating inside and outside.

The workers/servers there are phenomenal. They are very friendly and welcoming. They add to the vibes of this place for sure, which the inside looks very cool and clean. Their merch is very cool too. Was super tempted to buy some stuff, but then was extremely disappointed with my burger.
Have been a few times now and if you remove all the hype the burgers don’t seem worth it. Also can run kind of pricey. The last few times I have gone, I usually forego the sides as it tends to drive up the price.
