Joan’s on Third is a fantastic spot to visit for so many different reasons. They have both a sit in option or you can grab and go. They have a terrific assortment of all varieties of food. Whether you are looking for something to eat and drink for breakfast or looking to bring something to a party they have you covered. They also have a great selection of pre made meals that looked great.

Good food and friendly service per usual, waited about 20mins for a table for 3 to become available so we ate standing for a while. There’s no system for waiting for a table, just people getting mean, so bring your most aggressive and shameless friend.

We went with 2 kids and the food was prepared hot, fresh and quickly. We were in and out in less than 40 minutes.
It all felt like something out of a Nancy Meyers movie. Great vibe, music and all in all a 10/10 experience
