Surprisingly great New York Thin Crust cheese slice. Tasty crust with a good char. The Sicilian cheese slice had a crispy flavorful crust with a good amount of cheese and sauce. Will be back.

I’m honestly surprised people love Joe’s pizza. Maybe they’ve never tried real pizza.

Our pizza was delivered with a delicious light crisp. Perfect ratio of sauce and cheese. I was craving a Joe’s Pizza and this pepperoni pie with basil was delicious

My husband surprised me with pizza from here and the flavor and style pizza transported me back to my days living in switzerland! Amazing, the bread is thin and soft but not soft to the point of annoying breakage, the tomato sauce tastes fresh and tangy there’s the perfect amount of cheese. I love how foldable the slice is. My husband said his experience with customer service was quick and friendly.

The cook used to be good, now he’s not happy and I don’t understand why he doesn’t speak well with customers

My first time. The guy was really friendly. We ordered 5 different slices of pizza. He warmed them up and came out perfect. They New York style thin crust. The crispiness was perfect. Not too saucy, but tasty. I would definitely return. God bless!

Studio City location: The closing shift the girl pictured here was so incredibly rude and flirting with the two men on the staff, they weren’t paying attention to anyone . My friend could’ve walked out with his food free cause she didn’t even care about charging us. She was that busy flirting with the two guys. Not paying attention. They threw raw pizza dough playing around and it hit the cooked pizza out front. Horrible unprofessional. Pictured here is the staff. She shouldn’t be working here. So rude.

The pizza was light and airy towards the center got thicker as you went out, it was good in a artisan pizza category, flavor is debatable maybe I’ve killed my taste buds with the amount of vodka I’ve consumed in a lifetime, like it wasn’t bad, it was quite good. I just couldn’t find any flavor. Usually, you can taste some part of the cheese or some something. I was expecting like an explosion of flavor, especially when you have a video of yourself on the TV making the pizza cutting and serving it like your professional you probably are, but whoever fills in for you 😞, asked for the pepperoni and one of the veggie ones I ended up getting a cheese and the veggie one. I’m overly confused eating like there no solid hints or notes of anything in the pizza. Then again, maybe I’m just picky cause I got a good selection of cheese back in Wisconsin. Double cooking it was odd, I get your just warming it up but both my pieces were charred in quite a few places, like it looked cooked. I’m good with that. Give me what I pointed at. Just give me that it was my first time visiting. It will probably just be my last time because I don’t live here, but I definitely would revisit to see if the pizza varies by the chef or location.

I really like going here but so hit and miss. Owner makes a great pizza, the others, ok.

Studio City location, July 31, around 3PM.
Went there to pick up a phone order. Staff said it wasn’t ready. But it was, just sitting on top of the oven. Missing jalapeños. One employee threw cold ones on top and didn’t see anything wrong with it. The “manager”, who was sitting outside eating and using his phone, came in and grabbed the pizza with bare hands. No gloves, no handwashing. Then he tossed it back in the oven, overcooked it, handed it back—no apology. Then he started making another dough with bare hands. Absolutely disgusting.
This place often forgets to put the drinks in the bag as well if it’s a delivery.
Owner: fire all three. Zero hygiene, zero accountability. I used to love this place but I’m done.

I come in on Monday night at about 11:30 and there is three half pizzas sitting out for slices and they tell me that they are already closed…..Banging things around making tons of noise and yelling at each other while a few customers try to have a conversation. One guy the younger one making pizza is wearing headphones while he’s making a pizza. The back of house guy yells at me. We’re closed!! … that’s our last pizza we’re making and we’re closed.
They wouldn’t take three minutes to throw a couple slices that were already made into the oven.
Joe - fire these people. They clearly don’t care about anything but taking pizza home at the end of the night.
