First time in this place we order a potato carrot soup some empanadas they bring bread and chimichurri really good. For main plate I’ve order chicken mushroom plate with rice and salad and the rice really good flavor and a beef mushroom plate. And 2 mojitos really really good. Definitely coming back again.

We had never dined at Lala's and decided to give it a try during Dine LA. We are so glad we did! As soon as you enter the space, you know you're in for a treat: the decor, the lighting, the aroma's wafting through the room, buzz and hum of happy diners. As far as the food goes - they had me at the Chimichurri and bread starter! And it got better from there. We had the mushroom skillet appetizer, the house made spinach pappardelle in pink sauce and the NY steak and mashed potatoes. ALL delicious and prepared perfectly. We took advantage of the Wednesday half-off bottles specials and at the end of the meal, our very charming, friendly and professional waiter brought us a delicious flan for dessert. We will be back soon!!

My friend Manouschka Guerrier @single_serving, celebrity chef, (she’s amazing!) recommended this restaurant. And let me tell you… we celebrated my husband’s 61st birthday here on January 16th and we had such a great time. The cuts of meat were amazing and tender… my mouth waters remembering… the house Malbec was delicious!!! Overall a great experience. Parking in the area is not recommended, use their valet service!

Went with a large group of 11. Reservations were easy, service was outstanding. Waiter was attentive explained everything well food was great and surprisingly came out quickly given the fact we went on a Saturday night and place was packed. I've had better steaks but overall I still give it 5 stars for variety of menu, attentive staff and accommodations.
The food was decent, the service was friendly, and I think the atmosphere is good but since I was there at lunch time and the place was empty, I wouldn't be a good judge of it.

Had dinner with a group of friends last night at LALA's. I had ordered Entraña medium-rare but it was cooked medium. The manager noticed that something was wrong and immediately came to the table to ask. In a matter of a few minutes he brought me a new plate with the right doneness. This is what customer service is all about. Food, atmosphere, and service are spot on, always!

Went for a pre-christmas eve dinner. Waited 30 mins after ordering to be told the item we ordered ran out. The cream sauce is what made the dish. We agreed to have just the mushrooms and steak without sauce. 20 mins later our food comes out and it's cold. To say I was disappointed is an understatement.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for a long time, and the service is always excellent. The staff never refuse extra bread or an extra sauce for the chicken. It’s rare to find a place that cares about its customers this much. Highly recommend!

Solid Argentine option on Ventura. Warm service and a lively, slightly cramped room when full. Bread with mild chimichurri was a nice start. Chicken with mushrooms, salad, and mash was good and the creamy wine sauce really helps. The grilled quarter chicken ran a bit dry and needed sauce. Empanadas were crisp but the filling lacked flavor for me. Passion fruit Soda Bossa was refreshing and the sangria is popular. Flan is the true standout for me. I would probably try their pasta or seafood next time.
Pro Tips: • Parking is limited. Add a few minutes. • Ask for extra chimichurri if you want more punch. • Chicken mushroom is a safer pick. • Save room for the flan.
