Three flavors of dairy-free ice cream: sea salt caramel chocolate, mango sorbet, and vanilla bean, all of which were delicious. When the staff heard I wanted dairy-free options, she wanted to check with the kitchen about the ingredients, which was a bit confusing since they were already labeled as dairy-free. Unfortunately, they didn't have any gluten-free cones that day; otherwise, it would have paired wonderfully with the ice cream!

Went in a few days ago, and the worker was so unprofessional. I waited about 2 minutes because she deemed it more important to clean before even acknowledging she had customers waiting. She served the ice cream with the nastiest brf she could muster. I said thank you with a smile, and she continued with her brf and didn't say anything. She simply walked away like we didn't have any type of interaction. She was young blonde woman and maybe having a terrible day but seriously, she couldn't be pleasant especially since I had a child with me who was excited to get ice cream and we come across this grouch. I hope she feels better next time we visit. Other than this recent unpleasant experience, this place has great ice cream. Also, asking for a tip at the end seems ridiculous. lol, you're just scooping ice cream, and there's no need to have the tip feature. They haven't done anything to deserve a tip, especially when you don't even sit there to have the ice cream. Lose the tip feature, it's tacky.

Great shake, one of the best I had I a while. The sea salt and cream was amazing. Price is bit higher but so worth it.

One of my absolute favorite ice cream shops of all times! Pictured in DTLA but I frequent Studio City the most because it’s the closest to me. No matter where or what they scoop you can’t go wrong. Their chocolate chip cookies are also delicious.

This place was cool. Yummy ice cream treats, limited flavors available.
Google maps was not good, led us down the street in the middle of the street and said we arrived,?
We drove around and found it.
Go in the day time,so it will be easier to find,if you are not local,or familiar with the area.
The place was clean, street parking was easy to find, staff was helpful, friendly.
This place was also open late,a plus. We wanted ice cream after 8pm,this place was still open

OMG!! There aren't enough adjectives to describe this amazing place! So, I flew to LA to spend time with my sister, who is going through a rough time right now. Kathy decided to give this place a try, saying she'd been waiting to try it for a while. Jayden greeted us and began by saying, "welcome to the best ice cream in the world!" He went on to say we can try every ice cream you see, and you don't have to buy anything!" Then, he proudly talked about the ingredients and offered us some of his favorites! I swear I felt like I was in Napa Valley at a wine tasting!! He described how the texture of each ingredient would taste and feel in your mouth and then he would describe which ingredient you could taste as you finished the tasting! We tried about 10 different ice creams and finally decided on two: the Dutchmen Chocolate and the Banana Salted Caramel! Both were AMAZING!! you could taste the love!!
My sister was so overwhelmed by Jayden's passion and enthusiasm that she got teary- eyed! Like I said, she's going through a lot right now, so as tears welled in her eyes she said, "This was exactly what I needed!" I was so thrilled to see her experience that small moment of pure joy! Thank you Jayden and McConnell's ice cream for that exquisite moment and fabulous ice cream!!

To Whom It May Concern at McConnell’s,I ventured into your esteemed establishment with a singular craving – the Brownie Sundae, specifically lauded for its warm brownie heart. Imagine my anticipation, the crescendo of a symphonic wait, only to be met with a brownie that, I surmise, had been on a sabbatical from warmth since the dawn of time.Upon querying your ice cream artisan – a term I use with the heaviest of quotations – regarding this chilly oversight, I was met with a tale. A tale of a brownie, fresh from the oven’s embrace, so warm, so ready, that it could only exist in the realm of fiction. The reality, as my taste buds can attest, was a narrative of neglect. This led to a moment so awkward, it could’ve been a scene straight out of my daily misadventures. A moment where the societal contract dictates I smile, nod, and accept this chilly brownie facade rather than stand my ground over the temperature of a dessert. A moment where the balance of the universe hinged on whether I could stomach this cold-hearted confection without complaint. It wasn’t just the brownie that was left in the cold; it was customer service, the art of dessert preparation, and the very essence of the Brownie Sundae promise.I’m not one to raise a fuss. Life’s too short, and certainly too amusing, to get hung up on every little misstep. However, when an employee opts for the path of least resistance, crafting a narrative rather than a dessert that matches the menu’s promise, it’s a step too far into the realm of the absurd.I don’t seek retribution, nor do I wish for a public flogging in the town square. All I ask is for a bit of honesty. If the brownie’s cold, let’s just say it’s cold. We can share a laugh, acknowledge our shared humanity, and move on. Perhaps, even consider warming it up a bit next time?In a world of complexities, let’s not let the temperature of a brownie become a point of contention, but rather a simple truth we can all agree upon.Warmest regards (something your brownie could learn from)

Same pint of ice cream that costs $7.99 at the nearby Whole Foods here is $14.99. Only in CA. Two stars because Brasil Coffee flavor is delicious. Otherwise it would've been one star coz it is way too expensive.

Parking: Very difficult to find available parking spot in the street.
