Birria chicken tacos get almost 4⭐️ Flavor is satisfying but lacks serious depth and dimension of really good authentic taco trucks. Love crispy cheese edges but not nuts for the entire cheese slab being so browned it taste a little too well done pushing burnt. And the whole taco was the texture of a wet blanket.
