Chilean sea bass was old and not good fell off the skewer on the plate. Asparagus was bland. Ribeye was fire and ceviche was amazing stuffed shrimp was a+ too

I celebrated my bday dinner last night at Rouge. And the entire experience was as Amazing!!!!! The food was amazing.

Our group had such a great experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The drinks were just as impressive — creative cocktails that were perfectly balanced and definitely worth trying. The Tulum vibes really made the night memorable. There was a live DJ keeping the energy up with great music, plus hookah available, which added to the lounge vibe. On top of that, they had a show that made the evening feel like a full experience rather than just dinner. Whether you're going out for a night with friends or want to celebrate something special, this spot has it all — amazing food, fun entertainment, and a lively, upscale atmosphere. I'll definitely be coming back!

It was my first time here and it did not disappoint! The food was flavorful and the staff was energetic and sweet. I will definitely be visiting again soon.

I loved the vibes! Sadly, the services was very slow! Also, we had a situation where everyone but two ppl got their food. So much time went by that everyone was almost done eating when they still hadn't brought out the remaining order. Oh!!! The server in the beginning asked us, “still or sparking water?” We said “still” thinking it's the same as tap water. We ended up paying $100 in water -_- nice trick Rouge! But other than that the food was amazing. The performers and DJ great! I would come back but I will say the “free water” next time lol

$80 for a Tangiers hookah is absolutely ridiculous. The bowl was tiny, no tongs were included to manage the charcoal, and it barely lasted 20 minutes. Definitely won't be going back.

This place used to be much better with hookah a few years ago, not it looks like 80% of caffès in LA. It used be to be special with a European vibe

We had an amazing time here!
From the moment we walked in, the experience was exceptional. Maya, our beautiful waitress, was absolutely amazing—attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. The food was flavorful, the drinks were crafted beautifully, and the atmosphere was romantic and cozy.
Also, major points for cleanliness—the bathrooms were spotless and fully stocked, which says a lot about how well this place is run.
A true gem in Ventura. Can’t wait to come back!

The food was very delicious, I liked what I got a lot and so did my boyfriend.
I only gave -1 star because there were unfortunately a lot of mosquitos and flies here. Which isn’t the staffs fault, it’s just what comes with having an open window establishment. My boyfriend got super bit up while we ate with mosquito bites and I got bit once.. The server was nice to move us to another table to keep us away from the bugs. I do recommend, but definitely there needs to be an extra measure taken for the bugs.

Had a great experience here celebrating with my wife. The server even got us a desert with a candle. Loved it and will be coming back.

Waiter was extremely rude. It was my birthday and she treated us horribly. To top it all off at the end she brought out the double chocolate cake with ice cream with NO candle. We asked her for the candle immediately and it took her over 15 minutes to bring the candle for us. The ice cream was completely melted by the time she brought the candle. Utterly rude and disrespectful. Never will be back. I hope the management sees this message and fixes their waiters attitudes.

Ughh what happened to the octopus elote, the focaccia, the kbbq inspired short ribs, the steak frites? The menu is so basic now I definitely miss the old menu
