Rouge - Restaurant and Bar

The food and drinks were all great. Though service was kind of subpar. I went on Valentine's Day, and it was not crowded at all. When I was seated for my 7:30 reservation, they seated me at a table that was right next to another couple. Because it wasn't crowded I asked if I could sit at the seat one down. It was a corner seat so I would be able to sit next to my boyfriend, rather than directly across, so I preferred that seat a bit. I was told I couldn't because a 7:30 reservation was already planned to be put there and that if they change that seat, then the entire schematic for seating would be thrown off. I asked if they could just be seated at our seat then, since we both have a 7:30 reservation. I was told no, but offered a seat two over. I took the seat and it was fine. But then no one was ever seated at that table. It was honestly kind of odd and felt like a “power move” on the staff's part. Then at the end of the meal I had to wait about 30 minutes until the waiter finally came back to have us pay. Again, if it was a crowded night I completely understand. But the restaurant was not crowded at all.

Comfortable and enjoyable place to drink, eat snd gather with good service and good attitude

Went to celebrate a friend's birthday and had- great time. Shay our serve was amazing and had delicious suggestions. The food, atmosphere, and service was amazing. My only issue was the quantity versus quality. Again food delicious but a bit expensive. Example the $58 Rib eye was perfect but came à la carte, and sides start at $10. Maybe add potatoes to the dish.

Chilean sea bass was old and not good fell off the skewer on the plate. Asparagus was bland. Ribeye was fire and ceviche was amazing stuffed shrimp was a+ too

I celebrated my bday dinner last night at Rouge. And the entire experience was as Amazing!!!!! The food was amazing.

Our group had such a great experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The drinks were just as impressive — creative cocktails that were perfectly balanced and definitely worth trying. The Tulum vibes really made the night memorable. There was a live DJ keeping the energy up with great music, plus hookah available, which added to the lounge vibe. On top of that, they had a show that made the evening feel like a full experience rather than just dinner. Whether you're going out for a night with friends or want to celebrate something special, this spot has it all — amazing food, fun entertainment, and a lively, upscale atmosphere. I'll definitely be coming back!

It was my first time here and it did not disappoint! The food was flavorful and the staff was energetic and sweet. I will definitely be visiting again soon.

I loved the vibes! Sadly, the services was very slow! Also, we had a situation where everyone but two ppl got their food. So much time went by that everyone was almost done eating when they still hadn't brought out the remaining order. Oh!!! The server in the beginning asked us, “still or sparking water?” We said “still” thinking it's the same as tap water. We ended up paying $100 in water -_- nice trick Rouge! But other than that the food was amazing. The performers and DJ great! I would come back but I will say the “free water” next time lol

$80 for a Tangiers hookah is absolutely ridiculous. The bowl was tiny, no tongs were included to manage the charcoal, and it barely lasted 20 minutes. Definitely won't be going back.
