I just came in here from coming from another Starbucks in the area and your employees were fantastic they were very friendly very sweet and understanding I told him that I bought a Starbucks strawberry refresher from another Starbucks it tasted awful and told him what happened that the girl went well me to get another drink so they offered me a free drink instead they apologized for the way the other Starbucks in the area acted so I do appreciate the kindness so wasn't expecting a free drink but thank you for your understanding and I wish all your Starbucks employees were like that

I ordered a caramel macchiato and they were fast and somewhat pleasant, the young lady that took our order was very sweet, kind, helpful and smiling, but the young lady that made the drinks definitely wasn't in a decent mood and the drink reflected that. I understand that people have bad days. But when paying 14 dollars for a drink, I would like to get what I pay for. The coffee in it was great, but barely had any caramel and I paid for extra caramel and for extra sugar. She was having a bad day so I didn't ask fir it to be fixed. But the place was very nice, clean and pleasant.

I arrived about 5 mins before closing and I was unexpectedly greeted with a smile and no issues placing my order. Unfortunately, as sometimes happens, I expected an attitude because they were cleaning up, but the guys were really really nice and had no problem making my order with a smile. Great staff!

I was a costumer here for long time making a purchase everyday for at least one grande cold brew cofee and left 1$ tips every time, today I didn’t make purchase and they didn’t let me use restroom and that going to be my last day in this location

My brown sugar cortado was perfection! I order this drink quite often at other locations, and most of the time, when it comes out, it's never hot enough for my liking. This location got it right! My drink was hot and fresh, and the staff was friendly and attentive super early in the morning!

If you're going to go out of your way to write something on people's cups, please make sure it's kind and consistent. It's disappointing to see some customers get cheerful messages while others get half-hearted notes—or worse, frown faces. A little kindness goes a long way, and if the goal is to brighten someone's day, please treat everyone equally. It matters.

giving this place a ZERO STAR in my heart. the manager here is rudest man ever, gives off the most entitled vibes ever. The place always has some weird energy and poop everywhere too. Bathrooms are gross, manager can’t manage. However, 10/10 to the some of the employees here who really run the show! 💋
