Employee Jimmy was sassy and rude. The rest of the employees were not very welcoming either.

No tables, no chairs, no parking, and apparently no restrooms either. Are you kidding me? Never seen this before and it goes against the very nature of what Starbucks is all about. I get it that they probably have issues with homeless zombies, but honestly it can't be nearly as bad as the many locations in Seattle and Portland that still have seating despite the fact that they are literally surrounded by derelict RV's. Food, drink, and service were all fine, but expect to treat this as a drive through location, that, of course, doesn't have a drive through, lol.

So I walk into this particular Starbucks and there's no seating whatsoever. When I ask the server they said that they are going through a renovation. Fair enough, I'll take my order to go. When I asked if I could get the code for the restroom an employee told me it wasn't available. "Why? " I ask. "It's just not". I then asked to speak to the manager and he said the previous managers stopped allowing the public to use it and so they figured they would keep it that way. Wait a minute, isn't this the exact reason Starbucks got into trouble a few years ago?!....for not allowing their customers to use the restroom!! Are Starbucks becoming like modern gas stations where they all blatantly lie and say "our restroom is out of order". I'm a customer! I placed an order. This is totally unacceptable.

I never come to this Starbucks and only stopped here because my go to location were having technical issues today. Placed my pick up order here on Sunday Oct. 15 at around 11. When I went up to the pick up counter i asked the baristas if I could have a little more creamer in my coffees. Before I could even say how much I'd like them to pour, the shift lead or manager (she was wearing glasses I believe) aggressively in a loud voice yells at me that if I want more cream it's going to be an extra charge. I don't know where the aggression came from her but it really made me feel uncomfortable I just took my drinks as they were and went to the Ralph's in the plaza to buy some creamer to add in myself. To make things worse the espresso tasted burnt as well, just an overall disappointment.Highly do not recommend this location unless you're okay with being yelled at in front of everyone like that.

This place closes always erliler. I walk 10 minutes to get there and see a note on the door. Sorry for any inconvenience!

This starbucks is clean but unfriendly and unwelcoming. No tables, no tabletops, nothing. No restroom even though it is functional. I won't come back. Also service very slow even though tons of people behind the counter. I ordered ahead and it wasn't ready even after 15 min. Not impressed.

I’ve been coming to this location for 5yrs, however, a new barista named Kyndra? Her name tag was hard to read but she was very aggressive and very rude. I went in with my family, everyone in my party orders and then the cashier needed to switch out (oddly) and that’s when Kyndra came up (tall, beret, light colored eyes, darker skin tone) and gives me the total for the order. I then realized I needed to add money into my Starbucks card before paying and this seemed to really pissed her off. She rolled her eyes, sighed and said “if you wanted to do all that, you should have asked for that before we took your order, if I add money now, we’ll need to start over” - so I tell her I used to be a barista and normally that’s not an issue and there should be a way to do that without starting over. She then gets frustrated and begins talking very fast and says “WELL THATS NOT HOW WE DO THINHS NOW, ARE YOU PAYING OR ARE WE STARTING OVER??” and I responded stating “okay we’ll I’m sorry but I guess we need to start over but I’ll keep that in mind next time.” - and she looks at me, scoffs, shakes her head, and begins aggressively tapping buttons on the screen then says “scan” and I could barely hear her so I said “scan?” She says “your card” - now I’m confused and say “which card??” And she goes “YOU WANT TO REFILL YOUR CARD RIGHT? Scan the app!” So then I scan and like clock work she gives me the total without me having to restart my order and then as I paid she walks away without a thank you or any comment. She was even rude to the person who cam up after me “how can I help you??” Not a hi, nothing. The girl was so intimated she whispered what she wanted and the rude barista loudly repeats her and quickly gives her what she asked for.Over all Kyndra seemed like she was having a terrible day and just aggressively taking it out on everyone around. Starbucks usually never stands for service like that, so I hope that was a one off day for her.
