My boyfriend just brought home 2 White Chocolate Mochas. One was a proper white chocolate mocha. One however, ended up being a cup full of hot milk. I tried calling just to let you guys know to keep a heads up about it so someone else doesn't pay for a cup of hot milk, but the phone rang for 4 minutes straight with no answer or a machine to leave a message.
Mike, the store manager at this location went above and beyond tonight when a rude customer who had not waited more than 2 minutes interrupted out conversation and spoke down to me. The customer was condescending and extremely rude - Mike refused to serve him. Its rare people take chances to stand up for what's right any more and I couldn't appreciate it more. Oh and my coffee was bomb!

This Starbucks Coffee Company location is a small space with minimal seating. It is not as cozy as it was a few years back when it was much bigger and had plenty of chairs and tables for comfortable seating. The space is cramped and loud, making it possible to hear other tables' conversations, so it is not the best option for privacy. However, some customers love this place and have never had a bad experience. The baristas are great, with one named Atom being super helpful and thoroughly explaining how the French Press works and the difference between different beans. For those who do not enjoy coffee, the iced tea is great. The store has changed over the years, and it is not as vibrant as before. In the past, the housed and unhoused would co-mingle, and community members would take time to hear from those who ended up on the streets.
