If I could give 0 stars I would. The short woman working 4/3/25 was incredibly rude and has horrible customer service. She laughed at my husband’s face when he asked for his items and she didn’t give him double the cheese and meat that was supposed to be on his sandwich. When he asked she said she did but we can see the sandwich being made - it was done poorly and she didn’t put the right amount. Sad that the owner keeps hiring individuals who are rude and don’t care about her business. We frequent here but won’t be coming back solely because of this employee. We’ll take our money where it’s appreciated more. Do better. At the end of the day, you’re in a field that interacts with customers. If you can’t do it, then get another job. Nobody forced you to work here.

This Subway is down the street from my job, the closest Subway to my house opens at 8 am. So I decided to google the hours for this specific Subway and it says 7 am I get there at 7:20 and it’s closed, the girl clearly sees me but keeps looking down. I knock a couple of times and she finally looks up. She did the sign with her thumb to her neck that it was not open. I look at the door that has the hours that clearly say 7:00 am and point to the hours and show her with my fingers that it says 7:00 she just shakes her head and completely ignores me it is 7:22 at this point. I too, have a job and although I might be 1-2 minutes (rarely) late never this late specially when I would have to open a school (since that is where i work) but in her case its the restaurant, then be extremely unprofessional. She clearly had just gotten there and was nowhere near opening. People like me, rely on google to know business opening times. When I get there and it is way later than the “open hours” it is very deceiving and unfortunate.

Also animals should be allowed to come inside when people are eating not good .

THE WORST EXPERIENCE! I PLACED ORDER ONLINE. THEY GOT 2 OF THE 5 SANDWICHES WRONG! MISSING PROTEIN AND ADD ONS. VEGGIES ON THE SANDWICHES WERE WRONG AS WELL. NIGHTMARE! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE.

The person that handed me my sandwiches was very sweet and that is the only reason I’m giving it 2 stars. I had called previously to say that I was going to tip in person, not on my credit card , as I ordered online. I had a BOGO deal. Unfortunately, the amount of chicken on both footling sandwiches had to be under 2 ounces combined. Obviously when they see that you order with a deal, they cut back on the portion. Or maybe their sandwiches are always that way. With tax and tip and the Bogo offer, I paid a little over $14 for mostly bread, pickles, lettuce, peppers and sauce. Never again!!! ‘Rip-off’ is an understatement!!! If you’re going to raise the price of a sandwich because of inflation, at least give us the protein we pay for.
