The workers seemed untrained. They kept mixing people's orders with ours while preparing them. They gave us attitude when we said we wanted 3 subs. Then kept questioning if we were getting another sub after finishing just one. They continued after each sub to try to finish off our order and make us pay for each sub separately. Don't recommend this location.

Besides the employee getting defensive from customer that walked away from his order then got angry that employee put the standard things via menu on his sandwich. Also I wasn't done ordering my sandwiches when he moved on to the next customer. Maybe they have a max of 2 sandwiches per person. I needed 3 sandwiches. I feel this gentleman on 9/28/25 around 1 am needs to find another job.
Overall, thankful they were open, disappointed not everyone got to eat in my party. The adults just had travel snacks until breakfast.

Once upon a time, Subway had chemicals in their bread that were used to make yoga mats. Thankfully for your customers, this is no longer the case. However, another horrible practice you engage in has not changed. Despite your promises to end the use of caged hens to produce your eggs by 2025 around the world, you have taken zero steps to making this so. The fact is, outside of California, which requires the use of cage, free eggs by law, you have done nothing. Instead, you are profiting off of the horrible abuse and torture of living, conscious beings while also painting yourself as some kind of virtuous business by promising to end the use of caged chickens. It’s time to step up and make good on your own and promises and end this torturous practice once and for all.

Nearly a decade ago Subway promised to go 100% cage-free, but has not followed through on that promise. I believe companies should have integrity and it shocks me that Subway continues to lie.

I bring my friend handicap they don’t let to use the bathroom I don’t know why accept people in wheelchair at least use the restroom

Made my order online. When I got there, they had no record of it despite me showing them the confirmation. They told me I would have to make a new order in store and cancel the online order. However, they couldn't match the coupon I had used online, so I got bait and switched into paying more than I originally paid. Corporate never got back to me when I complained to get a price match refund.

Disappointing Service at Subway

I recently visited a Subway location and, unfortunately, had a rather disappointing experience. After ordering my meal, I asked to use the restroom to wash my hands but was told that I couldn’t. It was frustrating, especially considering the importance of hygiene, particularly when you're about to eat.

As a customer, I expect basic amenities like access to a restroom for handwashing to be available, especially in a food establishment. This experience left a negative impression on what should have been a simple and enjoyable visit. I hope Subway reconsiders its policies to ensure that all customers feel respected and valued.
