The manager Judith here is so rude. I will never come back to this location again. She has a very nasty attitude over a sandwich. On top of that they overcharged me and did not want to refund me. Its pathetic how bad the service has gotten here. I have been coming here for years for them to be treating my wife and I like this.

. This 1 star is because of the Woman behind the counter. When I got In she had an attitude and was snappy already. She forsure didn't want to be there.I ordered the #15 Turkey Titan and when asking her to add more veggies she said she "can't it's too much" to which I told her they never told me that before. She said something in Spanish under her voice & I asked her what did she say. She didn't reply. I then asked her like 4 more times on EACH veggie to add more veggies. EACH time she seemed more upsetRight after, a customer walked in & before he could even say anything she told him "Were working on it"To which he replied "I haven't even told u anything so how could you know?"Older Hispanic woman with Glasses her name is JulieI was here 1.5.24 @21:57 PM I couldn't get her name so Hopefully management can figure out who was working & correct her attitude.

This is open 24 hours. They deal with every type of person. Yet every single sandwich is made NEATLY, and with care. I can’t stand a subway sandwich made sloppily and inedible. They are ALWAYS on time for app pick ups (even early!!), and take great care in the NOTES you write for them when you order on the app. I’ve been ordering and picking up from this location for over 2 years. 11/10.

I haven’t see more cheap place! I don’t eat meat so I wanted to get a cheese sandwich that costs almost 10$ the girl she works there put the lowest amount of shredded cheese that she could have even put on the sandwich. I asked what is that? It’s less than a spoon. I asked to add more cheese and she put a little more. Little more. If that was a slice of sandwich it could have been less than a half of a slice. I said this is not enough for a cheese sandwich that you are charging almost 10$ about. Obviously some of the employees don’t have a sense of making the best service for the company. I didn’t get anything and left I didn’t want to waste my money for nothing.Sorry!

We came in and all ordered the same thing. Half the sandwiches lacked bacon (a 10c option per sandwich). They made excuses for why it wasn’t present. Then tried to charge $5.49 to add it. Then the older woman lectured us on making the right order despite 4 others saying they heard the order with bacon. She also looked miserable working there. Pretty awful service and experience.
If I could rate negative stars I definitely would. From the start it wasn't welcoming ,no one acknowledged us there . Horrible service. We asked for extra meat and obviously it's an additional charge but the amount we got was ridiculous. The meat was only in the middle and empty on the sides.the thing that mad is leave was the fact that both workers that were in the front both left together to the back and both returned shortly after with a grin on their face. We left immediately after because it was risky that he was making our sandwich and stopped in the middle of making it to leave in the back ... the ambiance was definitely horrible and never again will i return ..
