The quality of the food has changed. I was in the store today they packaged my order to go when in fact I told them it was done in. I ordered one of the new steak bowls and the steak was so gristly and tough they had to bring another piece and that was equally as bad …it was such a disappointment!
They always screw up your order; missing items, cold food, etc. They refuse to lift a finger. The manger told me I could drive over and pick it up myself. She said “since you ordered through Postmates, there’s nothing we can do” which is total nonsense, we live 3 mins away and they have their own drivers. Any self respecting business that values long time regular customer would be happy fix their mistake and zip your food over. This was my daughter’s food and the manager...read full review
