Be careful sitting outside—we saw multiple roaches during our dinner. Aside from that the sushi was just ok. The flavors were a little bland. Like the asparagus roll just tasted like water.

Amazing sushi in bright, homey environment- loved the rock shrimp, citrus roll, and truffle salmon! Miso eggplant was a good and unique choice. Would highly recommend!

Food was absolutely delicious and could have been the perfect setting to celebrate my friends 50th just the two of us. However I really didn’t appreciate being rushed out of there after sitting for just over an hour since our order.When I asked about the desert menu the waiter said. “We don’t have much”, I asked, “are you closing the kitchen”, waiter says,”no but we have another party coming”. This is at approx 9:10pm one hour after we ordered. This completely killed the vibe and created an awkward atmosphere.When spending $250 for the two of us (no alcohol) shouldn’t we able to sit and enjoy our green tea with a dessert?Not cool. Kinda just felt like a cow being fed at a cattle ranch and moved on after feeding.

A beautiful japanese restaurant. We enjoyed a lunch special that includes choice of 3 different entrees, soup salad & 2 different Appitizer style bites. My husband had the sea bass roll & we also were impressed with salmon belly nigiri. Enough to order another taste.. Very fresh & tasty. Very Japanese. Clean flavors & the service here is stellar. Definitely give them a try if your in the area. Would go back in a heartbeat

Wow. This place is amazing. Wanted to try something new and this is close to home so after checking reviews decided to try it and since then I have been back 4 times. Easily this has hit my top 3 sushi spots in Los Angeles list. Love it. The fish is fresh and tender. The fish to rice ratio is perfect. The cuts of fish are amazing. I will continue to go and enjoy The sea bass hand roll is my favorite and goes great with the blue saki. The lemon roll was to die for. I will be going back for more soon. Very happy to have this restaurant in the neighborhood.

super fresh and delicious sushi! we made reservations for a saturday night, and i would recommend making reservations as it can get crowded on the weekends. i really enjoyed each roll and the staff were super friendly. if you're looking for sushi on ventura, i would recommend this spot!

Excellent sushi and other Japanese food. We get there a few times per month. The waitress even has our food ready when we walk in. I guess this sounds kind of boring, but it's nice.
Our new favorite sushi place. We absolutely love the Citrus Roll and the Yellowtail Cilantro Roll, but the hidden gem on this menu is the Garlic Pumpkin which we get every single time we go. Everything here is so good, we can't wait to go again!

one of my favorite dining experiences in la (when it comes to sushi). I came here on a Friday night & although they were booked and busy, they ensured that my cousin and I could get a table if we waited a little. we decided to wait because we've wanted to try the spot for awhile. inside is cute and cozy, they have sushi bar seating as well as indoor/outdoor seating. we got seated shortly after inside and was helped by the most amazing waitress the entire night. her recommendations were spot on. every single dish we got we loved. the crispy rock shrimp was easily our fav (we almost got two). the fish was fresh, so flavorful, and each bite got better and better. so excited to come back here and try more dishes! 100/10.
