“Loved, loved, loved the shanghai noodles, it's got a smoky taste to it. The garlic sause is phenomenal. I also came back and had it with shrimp. OUTSTANDING! They give you lots. It's a small restaurant, but it starts winding down after 1:30 p.m. (doing the week) They make you pay 1st, at the counter, then if a seat is available, they hold it with a number sign.“

“So, the average rating for this place is more or less right on the mark. It's got almost everything you would want when it comes to Thai food. First, accessibility: Not in an overly crowded spot in the plaza. If you come at the right time, I'd imagine it would be really easy to find parking. For me, it's a three-minute drive down the street from where I live, so that's pretty neat. Second, ambiance. It's got good Thai restaurant vibes. The atmosphere within the restaurant is great, considering how small of a space it occupies. Not much else to say about it, since I order for takeout (I live nearby, so...) Third: Service. Young lady at the front is gentle and soft-spoken. Please read the room when you walk in. It's not meant to be overly lively, unless there's a huge gathering going on, which is rare for a diamond-in-the-rough hole-in-the-wall place like this. Lastly: food. The price is... A little over-the-top, considering the portions you get. I get that they're running a business but man, these portions are a little puny. What it lacks in price sensibility, it makes up for in FLAVOR. I would stop ordering from this place if the food wasn't so damn tasty. From just a few bites, I'll say this: you don't have to be a professional cook to tell that they put a lot of different ingredients in their food, and they make it work. Judging by taste alone, it's as close to Thai cuisine as you're gonna get in Vacaville... And we're pretty far inland, so I guess that means something.“

The food wasn't perfect but it was satisfying and good despite being a bit expensive.My husband got the seafood ramen, it had decent taste but it was slightly bland. It was still very filling just not something we'd order again.I ordered two sushi rolls to share and a small miso soup. The Philadelphia roll was pretty good, a bit skimping on the cream cheese but it was a big portion and quite delicious.The Crunchyroll was perfect and I'll definitely come back just to get it. The shrimp tempura was so crispy you could eat the tail which I love. The only downside is that the rolls fall apart quite easily which shouldn't happen in good sushi.The miso soup was salty and hot! Very satisfying and I can't wait to order it again. The staff are pleasant and fairly attentive. The presentation of the sushi was perfect and though the outside may not seem like much. You won't go home hungry and we will come back here again soon!“

“Tried this place on a whim after trying other local joints for dinner. This restaurant takes 1st place in the area in our book. Smiling, kind and attentive, Norma our waitress did a fantastic job. She offered helpful suggestions when asked and kept my drink refilled. The Mongolian beef and walnut pineapple prawns were divine. The walnuts were toasted impeccably! We look forward to our next chance to dine in again.“
