Café Warao is a great place for Venezuelan arepas, expresso, pastries, empanadas, avocado toast, and more. The double chocolate oreo crème frappe, Nutella strawberry croissant, and ham and cheese bagel are highly recommended. While the Tiramisu iced coffee was disappointing, the beef empanadas, lemon pepper chicken wings, warao salad, tequenos, and pastelitos are absolutely delicious. Impeccable service makes it a must-visit in Solano County.
