So I work in the same complex so I visit at least 3-5 times a month and over the last year or so the service has just went down hill I don't know if they got new management or what. But the ladies who do not ever wear their name tag so you can't call them out by name for the poor quality of customer service. I don’t know if they just hire and don’t train but my drinks are either wrong or they act like they don’t know what drink I’m talking about when what I’m asking for is ON THE DUNKIN APP… ordered a bagel with cream cheese and somehow they had avocado mixed in with the cream cheese…make sure if you don’t eat pork, that you check your order because they’ve given me pork sausage before.

I ordered a mocha expecting it to be hot and got an iced mocha. Maybe I should have clarified but I had never ordered a mocha from here and really wish they would have asked hot or cold. I really felt like they didn't ask because it's was faster to do an iced mocha. I also ordered a coffee cake muffin and it was a little stale. There was very little seating and big open space where they could have had seating. It was not welcoming whatsoever
