Red Kettle Coffee

I don't always write reviews but I absolutely have fell in love with Red Kettle! The coffee is rich and flavorful, and the pastries are always fresh and perfectly delicious. But what really makes this place stand out is the exceptional customer service. The staff is always so warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to make your experience even better. It’s the perfect combination of great food and friendly faces that make you want to keep coming back!

Delicious lattes, hot hot Americano, very cute and walkable spot, fun gift shop, nice airy plant filled shaded outdoor seated area, very friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Good atmosphere and great staff service!

Iv been coming here for years and love the service until today . We placed a pickup order and called three times . No one answered. When we arrived, there wasn’t a line or crowd—so we were a little surprised to be met with a snarky comment from the barista about how “calling repeatedly doesn’t help.” I understand being busy, but there are kinder ways to handle it—like putting customers on hold or silencing the phone.

Rude and dismissive to service people. But how can you run your business without them? 5 stars because maybe you were just stressed.

Delicious caramel latte and one of the best chocolate croissants I have ever had. Generous with the chocolate and you can taste the butter. There is also a cute gift shop with unique cards and gifts. A wonderful and convenient stop as we passed through Santa Barbara.

The gnome must have filled the Red Kettle with magical beans. The first sip of my latte all the way through to the last one made me feel happy and at peace with our chaotic world. The barista was friendly and there is plenty of outdoor seating, not so much indoors. The next time you’re passing through Summerland you’ll do yourself a favor by stopping in for an excellent coffee.

Nice little cafe in Summerland. We walked here from our BNB on Lillie Avenue. The coffee drinks were nice and some of their pasties and empanadas were good.

Parking: Only about 3 spots in the parking lot and then you have to search for street parking.
