Best Italian Ciabatta in town. Absolutely amazing bread with a simple recipe and quality ingredients.
I just wanted to say how much I love the raisin rolls from Monte Bakery! I find them at our local market in Simi valley. Every time I eat one, it brings back beautiful childhood memories from Sri Lanka. The soft texture, the sweetness of the raisins, and the comforting taste remind me so much of the buns I used to enjoy growing up. Thank you for making something so delicious that can bring back such warm memories. Keep up the amazing work!
I purchase they Chiabatas from local small market ,it is the best available clean ingredients and great tasting breads!
