“My boyfriend and I stopped here to get a bag of Philly pretzels. I’ve been to west coast pretzels, about the time they opened years ago. The owner was so welcoming and funny! He helped me decide what to get and recommended a restaurant to us for breakfast. (The restaurant was a good idea!) I wish I lived closer to west coast pretzels!“

“Amazing coffee and wonderful service at this hidden gem of a coffee bar. The barista was very attentive, and the outdoor seating makes it a peaceful spot to relax with a friend or get some work done on a laptop. I haven’t tried the food yet, but I’ll definitely be back for the great vibes!“

“Recently, I visited this store on August 27th while I was in California. The store crew and owner were very friendly and had good customer service. “The service was excellent. I ordered a pretzel without butter (I can’t have dairy) which they had to custom make, so it was a bit of a wait. They burned my pretzel in the oven so they had to remake it, and they offered me a free drink to sip on while I wait to make up for the inconvenience. They also offered me sauces to go with my pretzel once it was finally done. Unfortunately, the remade pretzel still tasted burnt, so I went back to try to get a refund. I was expecting to have to argue with them but they immediately agreed to refund it. Although the service was great, I probably wouldn’t come here again because of the burnt-tasting food — I’ll keep sticking to Wetzel’s Pretzels!“

Then saunter out of the door into the misty parking garage as trumpets play and cherubs salute my arrival! That was my dream! My dream! That Billie Eilish got to live out. As nice as it may be, I can't transfer that dream to Eagle Rock Plaza! Should have happened for me first! My dream! Nerts!“
