Pretzels near City Of Industry, CA

“I’ve been here twice and every time I get delicious, warm and fresh pretzels. Their customer service is great and they are always super friendly and sweet. So happy I don’t need to drive all the way to the mall to get my pretzel fix! Will definitely be back!“

“Best in the world 🌎 I love everything about the business“

“My pretzel wasn't evenly made because it was lopsided, but it doesn't really matter. At least my cinnamon pretzel was tasty. I think they moved because the location I went to was a kiosk location near the stairs.

Busy mall.
Nearby seats but they are usually occupied.“

“You NEED to fix the door. Upon entering I actually got a huge hit on my ankle because the door swung closed SO FAST. It broke skin and left me with lasting pain and a slight limp. You need to replace the damper on the door!! This is critical safety protocol for a door.“

“I would probably say Wetzel's Pretzels make a predictable and reliable snack, but I'm only giving four stars because of the value. When did cinnamon bites become $10 or $11?; Otherwise, the service was good, vacation is convenient close to the entrance of the mall, but the value proposition is not there for me.“

“Short and sweet.....there are several of these quick pretzel places in various malls......but for me, these best ones come from Wetzels Pretzels. They have great flavor and are very warm and soft and salty and....ok, stop...I want one now. Try one and I know that you will come back for more.“
