NO RESTROOM. NO REFILS. BAD SERVICE. They work with "memories", as they told me, they didn't even ask me to see an application or receipt, where it is clearly visible that I ordered a coffee an hour earlier. The toilet doesn't work! I have been using Starbucks for over 10 years, I have never seen anything like this. Unprofessional and very bad service! That's why the room is empty during the busiest time.

Took FOREVER to get a cashier, took my sandwich order. Then 10 minutes later no sandwich I left without my order so slow no communication if you can't do drive through and service close the store down. This place is the worst!!! Yes paid for my food but I am not waiting 15 minutes for a pre-made sandwich.

Rude as can be. This girl has no manners and instead of talking she screams! She has no customer service what so ever . She's short and blonde and wears glasses. Came here today Wednesday 1/31 at 10:15 am. This doesn't feel like a Starbucks, feels more like a corner donut shop. I think there much customer service oriented at the donut shop. This girl needs some real lessons how to speak to customers. I really hope she not management. This place is a nightmare. First time I encounter this type of rudeness at a Starbucks and I hope the last. She should work at the DMV instead of here. Just a suggestion. Have a good day lady , you need it.

It's a Starbucks - what is there more to say? I ordered a Grande Latte w/o foam (aka Flat White) but with oat milk instead of the standard dairy. It was as expected - no surprises, nothing phenomenal, not to note: it was a standard latte (no foam). Service was welcoming considering it was 30 degrees out and 6:15 in the AM - so I did appreciate the service.

This is 5 min from a recent job I worked in Sun Valley and was my only break during the day and they almost always had my mobile order ready, and were extremely courteous.

Not sure when the rules changed to those who order a plain black coffee or a hot tea from getting it served when you pay - but if you enjoy waiting 25 minutes for a hot tea, then this is your place. What a waste of time.

When they 1st opened, everything was good. Drinks were made right and they were super quick. I don't know what happened but now they are super slow!! I've actually ordered thru the drive thru and they have started making my drinks when I'm at the window. My drinks have been made incorrectly a few times. And the drive thru is just so slow. All the time. It's crazy.
I have been a professional medium for 15 and a half years and am VERY sensitive to all of the energy forces that surround us. The ambiance is great and the facility is clean but when I walked into the store I was ASSAULTED by the dark energy radiating from Erika.

I was asked to be quiet in the middle of an important business meeting on zoom by the "manager" Ricky. I came to study as well as take a break to enjoy my coffee then have a work meeting. NEVER HAVE I EVER been asked to be quiet as if I was disrespectful to anyone or being intentionally disruptive towards anyone all I was doing was Mindi g my business. Even after I was rudely interrupted he said they have a 3 rule policy for customers whom are disturbing others!!!! What in the world is that all about!
