I can't understand why this location is so slow. I come here on my lunch break, I order when i leave work and I still barely get my order in time. It's not even food that has to warmed. Very frustrating as this is not an isolated incident.
They’ve never messed up my drink, always have all ingredients in hand, and are consistently kind and receptive. They work hard and the stress sometimes shows, but I’ve never seen them take it out on customers.Specific shoutout to the girl who’s typically rocking a beanie and working on the blender side. It's a Starbucks - what is there more to say? I ordered a Grande Latte w/o foam (aka Flat White) but with oat milk instead of the standard dairy. It was as expected - no surprises, nothing phenomenal, not to note: it was a standard latte (no foam). Service was welcoming considering it was 30 degrees out and 6:15 in the AM - so I did appreciate the service.
