Visited 8/7/23. Paid for 2 famous star burgers with cheese. Only one burger had cheese. Was offered by the guy who took our order to add 6 piece chicken nuggets for an additional $1.29. And when we got home we noticed they forgot the nuggets! Very disappointing not getting the food we paid for.
Your app and rewards program are the worst of any business I have ever dealt with. I have not had one successful experience ordering from the app or having my rewards points credited without days of emails because you don’t offer a customer service phone number.
