The food is just okay, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. During my visit, both the staff and other customers came off as rude. If you’re looking for better service, I’d recommend going to O2 or Chick and Tea instead.

Great taste and quantity
The food I would score 75/100 as biz trip here from Taiwan, good enough in US, A little pricey but normal in Cupertino, no seat, pure to go bento store.

I’m a regular here, but the stir-fried beef yesterday used sour and spoiled meat. It was disgusting and really disappointing. I hope this was just a one-time issue, but it kind of explained why some of the dish was very salty.

my absolute favorite Taiwanese bento spot in the US
Good value for $16-$18. Very filling. The beef brisket is delicious and one of my go to entrees. I like the side dishes of tomato egg, vermicelli, lionhead meatball, and bamboo shoots

Another authentic Taiwanese bento place located in San Jose area! Simple, no frills meal but represented traditional Taiwanese "bento box" style meals. Similar to Japanese bento boxes but Taiwanese preferred the bento to be hot so most of the items tends to be hot/warm.
Choice 4 side dishes plus an entree and there goes your quick meal for the day.
Cash or cards.

It's only the second time that I've ordered here and I found a strand of hair in my food. I know it's not mine because I have long hair. The Taiwanese bentos here are excellent and some of the best in the Bay Area, but I lost my appetite after seeing this and threw out the rest.

My favorite lunch spot, can’t go wrong with either main dishes, some side dishes taste even better than main ones lol. Servers are all super nice and accommodating!

Got my chance to try this place out tonight for dinner, happy I made that decision! The food is yummy and delicious. Told the servers that this is my first time, they were really kind and friendly and patient! I mean you have so many choices to pick your sides! I had the basil chicken bento with the stew hard boiled egg, sauteed bok choy, sliced pig ear, and fish cakes, yummy!!! I would definitely come back, the flavors are nostalgia for me.

It’s the most Taiwanese bento in Bay Area! The side dishes are amazing! Love the southern style Taiwanese rice dumplings, too!

Delicious food with great value. This has been my go to quick meal place. A ~$16 bento with one main entry and 4 side dishes could serve one for two meals if not too hungry. Their side dishes are all well prepared and I think some are even better than the main dish. If you order in store you can pick the 4 you like. Though they don’t have a name for each side dish, you may need to so some finger pointing.😝
