Sheesh. They sold me dhokla that was stale. Took it home and it tasted weird. Had water separate out and tasted like powder. Saw fungus in the last piece. Please serve customers fresh food and not stale.

Best truly authentic restaurant in bay area.
The bad reviews are probably from lame non connoisseur of Rajasthani food.

First they get payment before hand and make you wait for 30-45 mins for a simple order
Not worth visiting

The food is good but the service isn't great. I have heard from several people that the guy at the chat counter is exceptionally rude. I too painfully found out the same - he was making aggressive statements in his native language which I happened to understand. The restaurant seemed to be very mismanaged generally

Terrible service. Had to wait 25 mins for a plate of jalebi. I would completely understand if the place was packed and busy, but it was a random Tuesday evening and there were literally more servers than customers. When the guy finally decided to grace us with his presence to fry the jalebis, he kept laughing with someone on his earphones with not a care in the world - as if we were only wasting his time. What a joke of a place!

This place has a lot of potential but feels like it's doing downhill. When I visited this place before, chole bhatura, kachori and jalebi were all awesome. This time not so much. Chole lacked taste, bhature were not done properly and the kachori were horrible. Kachori were just cold and were not remotely crisp. Jalebi also tasted a little off, either being refried or the oil/ghee was just too old.

We ordered chaat and samosa. Food was fine in taste and prep, but found it a bit pricey for the portion. Unclean tables, slow, disinterested and confused staff, struggling to keep up even with 4-5 customers.

Very bad behaviour of staff. And taste of pani puri is also not good that was tastes like a artificial candy water. Worse thing ever was the behaviour of the staff. They were very rude and full of arrogance. Very unsatisfies with this place
