Such a fun place to go to! It feels like a mix of a restaurant and a club due to the decor - and it’s nice to see a new take on a Chinese place.

Good;
- I liked the XLB and the fried milk dessert!
- The noodles were ok but the pork belly noodles didn’t have much flavor the tomato beef did though!
- Cool decor and ambiance

Bad:
- Took some time to flag down the waiters

Overall this place was super memorable! Would come back for the vibes!

Really liked this place. The atmosphere is futuristic and fun and the food was really good. Not as many vegetarian options as I would hope but overall a huge menu of items.

The food was delicious and good value for your money. The braised chicken dish was enough for 2-3 people alone. We ordered all chicken and beef dishes, and were happy with everything.

Food was flavorful, good portion size and we played it safe and avoided anything that said spicy. Enjoyed the pork belly, the minced pork noodles. The wontons had a nice ginger flavor the kids didn’t like so more for the grown up! For dessert the custard buns.

Observed all employees (there seemed to be 3 at the time) all seating, serving, bussing tables, and using their portable POS system to collect payment at each table without washing their hands. What type of server busses a table and touches utensils/dirty napkins people put their saliva/cough into directly with their hands, wipes down the table with a rag filled with chemicals, then goes to grab a plate of food from the kitchen and touch new cups by the rim/plates/utensils? I’m a nurse and this is gross. I don’t even want to pay for my meal because of this but I’ll just never come back to this place due to cleanliness standards. These employees need food handling training.

Come enjoy some Northern Chinese cuisine in this vibrant and futuristic cyberpunk themed restaurant! If you like fresh, hand-pulled noodles, this place you have to try! Bowl 1 Noodle is actually the sister restaurant of Highland Noodles so you know the noodle quality is legit. There are a bunch of other non-noodle dishes as well including dumplings and dim sum. If you're with a group, family style is the way to go so you can try more from the menu!

* Pork Xiao Long Bao
* Sliced Beef Pancake Roll
* Beef & Onion Dumplings
* House Special Stir Noodles (highly recommend!)
* Beef Rib w/ Tomato Rice Noodle Soup
* Dry Fry String Beans (highly recommend!)
* Crispy Fried Chicken Wings

Cool idea but the food isn't that good. Pricey for low quality food.

A lot of signs are saying it is a hotpot place, but it is a noodle restaurant, which is weird, but it is ok. Then I assume the noodles should be good. But no, I am sorry, not even close to “good”. I can buy the noodle and chicken broth from ranch 99 to make myself a better one. The veggies in the noodle soup are salad spinach…we also ordered beef rolls that was just ok. Because the rolls just fell apart when I picked it up by chopsticks. Dumplings are expensive, $7.99 for six, I thought it should be great since they charge so much, but the dough of dumplings is so thick, the taste is not good.

Fun change in atmosphere for a restaurant. We ordered the braised pork rib noodle, green beans, pan fried dumplings and they were all delicious! Staff was helpful and friendly.

Such a cool place. The food was great and the service was really quick. Food is ordered via a QR code, though you do have to wait for a waiter to bring you a check so you can pay. The drinks (alcoholic and non) were unique. The vibe is really cool and cyberpunk, though the area is not the best. It was clearly a Korean BBQ or Hot Pot place previously because the hoods are still above every table. I'd definitely go again.

Figured I would give this hot pot reboot to noodle a try . what a pleasant surprise. noodles were very tasty everything tasted good. The cyberpunk decor are still there even the neon and LED signs still say hot pot. Talk about original.

Great wall decoration, Xiao Long Bao and Lamb Skewers are decent. The combo stirfry noodle is too salty, but the shrimp n meat are bland. Spicy chicken flat noodle is waaay too spicy.
